Historic Downtown Glendale is a quaint neighborhood most famous for its hold on antique shopping. In fact, the area was named by USA Today & Sunset Magazine as one of the country’s ten best places for antique shopping. But antiques aren’t all you’ll find here. Positioned amongst the plentiful antiques shops, you’ll find numerous specialty boutiques featuring women’s clothing, imports, art, jewelry, crafts, and bath and body products.

Historic Downtown Glendale is broken up into two sections, Historic Catlin Court and Old Towne. Both areas are great for strolling. Historic buildings are plentiful, large shade trees are everywhere, and there is a large park to explore. The neighborhoods encompass 10 square blocks.

Downtown Glendale plays host to many events including Glendale Glitters with a huge lighting display, one of the most popular holiday-time events in the Phoenix area.
